When traveling it can get difficult to get a workout in. Last week I spent 5 days in the beautiful Hard Rock at Punta Cana. I woke up daily for a nice morning run around the resort, and a workout on the beach or gym, followed by a pampering post workout at the spa 🙆🏽 I began my workouts with a 1 Mile Run, followed by 4 rounds of 6 exercises.
