Jessica (CPT, CPR) has a Bachelor's in Sports Medicine and Fitness technology, and is a TOP (Nationally Qualified) NPC Bikini/Wellness Competitor. She found a passion for fitness at a young age, and since then has dedicated her life to working with others to achieve a healthier lifestyle. Her credentials in Sports Medicine and fitness background provide her the elements to help every client thrive. Her main goal is to watch her clients reach a new level of health, and ensure that they feel sexier, leaner, faster, younger, and fierce.
She is not only a great trainer, but also a mother of two boys and understands the "mom on the go" life style. It is why she is so passionate about helping other woman become empowered by their bodies, and help them achieve greatness. Her workouts are set to accommodate all body shapes, and fitness levels. She also coaches woman in NPC for bikini and wellness along with posing.
ERICK E MARTIN
Erick has been into fitness since his adolescence. Wrestled for 8 years in Florida where he developed his niche for hard work. Erick then went on to join the US NAVY, and become part of an elite Special Operation Dive Team in Port Hueneme, CA. The high demand for motivated, strong willed, and a “NEVER QUIT" attitude is what is expected from individuals to join this Special Team. He has a different approach to training and a special way to motivate people and push them even when they think they got nothing left.
Erick and Jessica Martin have been married for 7 years but known each other for over 17 years. “Being around Jess and watching her grow to become the woman she is today has been nothing less than remarkable”. “Our two kids mean the world to us and showing our members that the balance of LYFE is not as hard as the world makes it out to be.” Our mission statement is to provide our members with the tools, knowledge, and killer workouts to help them surpass their goals and live that Lyfestyle.
